We emailed a purchase order to you but we haven't received the product

We cannot process purchase orders we receive via email or post for any of our products.

Purchase order forms simply do not include the information we need to be able to fulfil an order. For this reason, we require orders to be placed either via our online shop or, for Smart Revise, via a Smart Revise teacher account. This way, we can ensure we capture all the information we need to deliver the correct product(s) to the right person.

As an example, for a typical Smart Revise order, we need to know:
  1. School name and address
  2. Teacher name and registered email address
  3. Subject
  4. Examination board
  5. Examination series
  6. Exact number of students per course
  7. Purchase order number
  8. Finance contact email address
  9. Discount code (if applicable)
  10. Acceptance of relevant terms and conditions
Purchase orders rarely, if ever, cover this level of detail, which is why we use our own bespoke ordering systems. You can still pay with a purchase order, but you must place the order yourself via the appropriate mechanism rather than simply emailing the form to us.
