You can transfer vouchers you have purchased to other teacher accounts from within Smart Revise.
This can be particularly useful if you are part of a multi-academy trust and have one central purchasing department or you are a Head of Department wishing to distribute to other teachers.
If you have not already done so, start by placing an order for the vouchers you need. Remember to use a valid PO number, otherwise your order may be delayed.
Once your order has been placed and fulfilled, log into your Smart Revise account, click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select My vouchers,
From your voucher list, click the Manage vouchers button.
From here, you can transfer any number of vouchers to one or more Smart Revise teacher accounts.
To transfer, click the Search button and type in the username or registered email address of the teacher account you would like to transfer vouchers to:
If the account does not exist, you will see this error:
If the account does exist, you will see this message:
Click Continue, and you will then be able to select the amount of vouchers you want to transfer. You can also check the Select all checkbox at the top of the selection pane if you wish to transfer all vouchers for a course to a single teacher account.
Click Transfer and then again in the popup dialog box to confirm.
Once the process is completed, you will see the vouchers have moved across to the Vouchers you own controlled by others column.
You will have the ability to reclaim these vouchers at any point.
To regain control of vouchers you have transferred, simply check the box next to the vouchers you want back, and click Reclaim.
Once you have transferred vouchers to a colleague, they will be able to view them on the My vouchers screen and assign them to students in their classes. If necessary, they will also be able to transfer the vouchers to another teacher account by following the steps above.
Once transferred for a second time, the teacher account the vouchers were originally transferred to will not have the power to reclaim.
The account through which the original purchase was made has overall power to reclaim any vouchers, even if they have been transferred multiple times.
