SSO - Microsoft need admin approval message

Sometimes, Microsoft (or local administrators) make changes that require specific Trust settings on 3rd party apps.

You may find that when your users attempt to access Smart Revise using Microsoft sign-in, an error message along the lines of "Smart Revise from Craig 'n' Dave needs permission to access resources in your organisation" is displayed.

To fix this your Global Administrator, Cloud Application Administrator or Application Administrator needs to sign into Microsoft Entra as an Entra ID admin and grant consent to Smart Revise.
There are lots of different ways to grant consent for Smart Revise to use SSO, so this is only for general guidance. Please use your school procedures.

2. Select Enterprise apps.



3. Find Smart Revise from Craig 'n' Dave in the list of enterprise apps.
4. Select permissions.

5. Select Grant Admin consent for CRAIGNDAVE LTD.
