My previous login details don't work on your new website
To better serve our users going forward, we have recently made some big changes to our website. You've probably noticed the new look, but we've also had to make some changes under the hood, including how you access our resources.
We sent out emails to all existing teacher points of contact at the beginning of March 2025 to let you know about these changes. If you did not receive this email, please check your junk folder – and if you don't find it there, make sure craigndave.org is whitelisted on your school network.
The biggest change here is that our previous school-level account system is no longer fit for purpose – those accounts no longer exist, and you will not be able to log in with your previous username and password.
Now, each individual user needs their own Craig 'n' Dave account. It only takes a minute, so head over to craigndave.org and hit Sign Up and then Join us to create your account.
Once you've created your account, you will need to redeem your school's current license key. You will find this license key in the welcome email we mentioned above, but if you can't find the email, please contact our support desk at admin@craigndave.co.uk or use the contact form on the website and we will find your license key for you.
When you have your license key to hand, click My Account to navigate to your account dashboard, enter your key in the purple box and hit Redeem.
And that's it! Once your license key is redeemed, you'll be able to access all the same quality resources you could before but via our shiny new interface.
