I want to delete my Smart Revise account
If you have purchased Smart Revise privately and not joined a class and you would like to delete your Smart Revise account, please email us at
admin@craigndave.co.uk.
Please note, in cases where you have joined a class managed by one or more teachers at your school, your school has ultimate ownership of the progress and analytics data attached to your account.
In this case, your teacher (the data controller) will need to be the one to contact us (the data processor) to request the removal of your account and its associated data.
In their capacity as the data controller, your teacher may deny your request.
