I haven't received my invoice/receipt/password reset email

As an online company selling digital products, we conduct a vast majority of our business via email.

However, some schools use aggressive email filtering systems, which may prevent you from receiving emails from us including order confirmation, invoices, email verification, password reset and general replies.

Firstly, please check your junk email folder. If you still cannot locate any emails from us, it's highly likely that your school network is blocking our emails. In that case, please ask a network administrator to add the follow entries to your school's safe senders list:

  2. *.intuit.com
  3. *.smartrevise.co.uk
