Ensuring you can receive our emails

As an online company selling digital products, we conduct a vast majority of our business via email.

However, some schools use aggressive email filtering systems, which may prevent you from receiving emails from us including order confirmation, invoices, email verification, password reset and general replies.

In that case, please ask a network administrator to add the following domains to your school's safe senders list:
  1. craigndave.org
  2. craigndave.co.uk
  3. craigndaveltd.zohodesk.eu
  4. notification.intuit.com
  5. *.smartrevise.co.uk (Don't forget the asterisk!)
