How do I allocate vouchers to my students once I have purchased them?
- First make sure you have purchased some vouchers.
- Next create a class...
- ... and get your students to join your class.
Once you have done this allocation of vouchers is a simple process:
Select the appropriate course from your Dashboard.
Select the class for which you wish to assign vouchers, click on the class name, or "View Class"
You will then see your class list with two possible ways to assign vouchers:
Any students who doesn't currently have an active voucher will have a blue "Allocate voucher" button besides their name.
Selecting this will consume one voucher from your available pool and assign it to the student.
Or you can select the "Allocate all vouchers" button from the "More Actions" dropdown menu at the top right.
This will allocate vouchers to all students in the class until you run out.
If your students have added the course in their accounts before you have allocated a voucher to them, they will be in "Free Mode", when you allocate vouchers to them, this will enable the full version of the course.
You can easily check at any time who has been assigned vouchers and how many you have left.
