How do I contact you?

Common reasons to contact us

Company details

Navigate to our company details page for our company number, VAT number, bank details, etc.

Membership renewals

Craig 'n' Dave memberships do not automatically renew. If your membership is expiring and you wish to continue, please visit our online shop and purchase a new membership at least 48 hours before your current one is due to expire. If you do not wish to continue, simply let your membership lapse. 

To change your registered details including your email address or password, log into your Craig 'n' Dave account, hover over My Account and click Edit Profile.

Orders

We cannot process orders we receive by email or over the phone. Please use our online shop to purchase a membership and other resources.

Orders for Smart Revise must be placed through a Smart Revise teacher account. If you do not currently have one, sign up free at smartrevise.online.

General queries

We have articles for all our most commonly asked questions on this helpdesk. Please take a look to see if we have already answered your query. 

If not, feel free to get in touch with us directly. It is always best to contact us by email at admin@craigndave.co.uk. We try and reply on the same day if you contact us before 5pm.

Note, we cannot answer questions related to examinations. Please contact the examination board subject advisers for questions about specifications and exam questions.
