How do I contact you?

Common reasons to contact us

Company details

Navigate to our company details page for our company number, VAT number, bank details, etc.

Membership renewals

Craig 'n' Dave memberships do not automatically renew. If you wish to cancel your membership, simply let it lapse. To change your registered details, log into your Craig 'n' Dave account, hover over My Account and click Edit Profile.

Orders

We cannot process orders we receive by email or over the phone. Please use our online shop to purchase a membership and other resources. Orders for Smart Revise must be placed through a Smart Revise teacher account.

Email

It is always best to contact us by email. We try and reply on the same day if you contact us before 5pm. We cannot answer questions related to examinations. Please contact the examination board subject advisers for questions about specifications and exam questions.
