Vouchers can be exchanged or refunded after purchase, but only under certain conditions.
Changing examination boards
If you decide to change examination board part-way through a Smart Revise course, we will exchange your course vouchers like-for-like, free of charge
– just send a request in writing to admin@craigndave.co.uk. However, please note that any progress data your students have accrued will not carry over to the new course.
Refunding unused vouchers
We understand things can change and a small number of students may decide not to proceed with the course.
However, please note that any requests to cancel course vouchers that are no longer required must be made in writing to admin@craigndave.co.uk within 3 months of the order being placed – or within 3 months of the start of the academic year in cases where vouchers have been purchased in advance for cohorts starting in September. Course vouchers that have been assigned to a student for 3 months or more will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
